Managing myIPs User ID

You are require to enter the SMTP server used by your company before you can use this myIPs user setting facility. myIPs will use this SMTP server to send e-mails to newly created users. Note : Only the myIPs System Administrator is allowed to use this facility.

As the administrator for myIPs system, you can add, update or delete users for myIPs system.

Name User Full Name
User ID The User ID used by the user to log-in to myIPs System.
Password The password for this user ID
Int. Email The Internet e-mail of the user. myIPs will send a message giving the User ID and Password to the user.
Group The group for the user
  • System Administrator
    He/She is the administrator of myIPs system.
  • Administrator for HQ
    This user can assign IP Address for all locations.
  • Administrator for Area
    This user is responsible for the assignment or maintenance of IP Address for a defined area only.
